“Generation Red”
Our first video for Blood bank of the Redwoods was a financial success for the organization. Learn more about that
here. In this second
video, BBR's goal is to attract blood donors. “Generation Red” is a hip, stylish video aimed at a younger
audience. Of note is the use of a 35mm prime lens adapter for a filmic look and full 1080p HD video at 24 frames. This
film also resulted in a bloopers reel here.
“Hope Lives”
“Hope Lives” was created for the YWCA as a fund raising video. We were lucky as the client gave us complete creative
control, which is unusual. Concept, story and all other aspects of this video were created in house. The video was
shot and edited in XDCAM HD and won a Telly award for excellence. It speaks of the devastation that domestic violence
can cause to a family and of the critical help that the YWCA provides. Of interest is the guest appearance by District
Attorney, Stephan Passalacqua.
Safari Books Online
The premise was simple: compile the best technology books from the leading authors and publishers into an online
library. The result has been extraordinary. As Safari prepares to launch its all new version, Videobrite interviews
its leaders and clients to talk about how Safari Books Online started, where it’s going, and why it’s growing. The
piece was shot on a CineAlta PDW-F335 and edited in Final Cut Pro.
Snap Demo
SNAP is an innovative communication device that allows instant, free communication between users from anywhere
in the world. Videobrite provided full production for a promotional video and several tutorial videos for parent
company, Toucan Global. The video tutorials offer SNAP users accessible setup instructions and demonstrations,
which they can watch through a web browser.
VineyardSoft
VineyardSoft needed a video for an upcoming Microsoft tradeshow, and they needed it fast – there was no time to
shoot any footage. We received a script, a budget, and a deadline. Luckily, Videobrite has a substantial
archive of stock footage, graphics, and music. We also provided script assistance and voice talent.
We corrected and graded the piece, giving it a unique, contemporary look and feel. Videobrite won a
Telly Award for our work on this video production.
Laser Lipo
This clip is a recent video production, which demonstrates the use of a laser in lipo surgery. Videobrite shot
the surgery footage in XDCAM HD during a live procedure to demonstrate the simplicity of laser-assisted
lipolysis, a new, non-invasive surgery for body sculpting. We also did post-production work,
including music and sound, and we provided video encoding for online delivery.
“Caseys Story”
Blood Bank of the Redwoods had a challenging problem – their business is complex and often misunderstood.
In the video, “Casey's Story,” we learn about the blood bank and its vital importance to the community.
Videobrite won a Telly Award for our work on this video production, which included project planning,
location scouting and shooting, video editing, music and sound, voice talent provision, and DVD authoring.
Catholic Charities
In this HD video production, people from various backgrounds, who have found themselves in need,
share their stories and explain how Catholic Charities helped them start over.
Videobrite's team paid special attention to lighting for dramatic effect during
the shooting of interviews, and we also provided video editing, music, and sound.
Agilent
This video demonstrates Agilent's flagship software product, Advanced Design System,
highlighting its new features and functionality. We created a unique, customized workflow
for this video, which seamlessly marries Camtasia screen capture (for the computer demos)
and live camera recording. Videobrite won a Telly Award for our work on this video production.
“Sowing the Seeds of Hope”
“Sowing the Seeds of Hope” is a heartfelt, emotional piece that conveys the story of two unlikely friends,
Alice and Brooke. The video shows that anyone – a hardworking businesswoman or a high school student –
can make a difference in the world by helping others. Videobrite did full production on this video from
conceptualization and project planning to shooting and video editing. We won a Telly Award for our work on this video.
Video Testimonial

Kent Corley is the fund development manager for Blood Bank of the Redwoods. Here, Kent gives an account of his
experience in creating a video with Videobrite and more importantly, of the financial success of the video that
has made for his organization.
Becoming Independent
In this video, narrated by actress Demi Moore, Becoming Independent (BI) shares a story of
hope and conveys its message about independence for people who are developmentally disabled.
Videobrite's planning, production, and video editing came together to form a compelling piece
that helped Becoming Independent expand its community reach.
